Description
The primary purpose of this guide is to provide insurance companies with the necessary information to comply with Colorado legislation (CRS 42-7-601), referred to as Colorado's Motorist Insurance Identification Database (MIIDB) program. The purpose of the MIIDB program is to reduce the number of uninsured motor vehicles operating on Colorado highways.

House Bill 16-1415 (HB16-1415) establishes new fees for DMV services and allows Colorado Road and Community Safety Act driver license applicants who fail a drive test during their appointment to take advantage of third party schools and return to one of the three Driver License Offices offering CO-RCSA services on a space available basis.

Description
Colorado Road and Community Safety Act (SB 13-251), authorizes the issuance of a Colorado driver license, instruction permit or identification card to qualified individuals who either cannot demonstrate lawful presence in the United States or can demonstrate temporary lawful presence in the United States. Description
The Parent's Supervised Driving Program is designed to improve teen driver safety by providing parents and guardians with a methodical approach to teaching the requisite driving skills. Each lesson concentrates on a particular skill that is designed to build upon previous lessons and prepare the driver for future lessons.
